2021.03 Release Notes

In this release, we are focusing on the customer experience: Rolling out a new service offering and several enhancements to provide a better onboarding experience and greater usability.

The following enhancements are part of the MSP 2021.03 Release:

New Service

Virtual Security Team (VST): Provides customers with a dedicated team composed of Consultants, Technical Oversight (TO), and other support staff, appropriately skilled and scaled to suit the customer’s application security testing needs.

Benefits of this service include:

  • A dedicated team with world-class application security skills
  • Uninterrupted support: vacation, sick leave, and other breaks are covered by backup resources
  • On-demand, moment’s-notice response
  • Project management and technical/strategic leadership
  • Flexible and easily customizable services
  • A predictable spend; easier to do business via subscription

Customer Experience

  • Email notifications have been improved to send only relevant alerts and notifications.
  • Service descriptions in the Service Catalog have been updated and improved.

Other Updates

  • The non-invasive DAST-S service is no longer offered, and this option no longer appears in the interface.
  • The interface now allows clients to edit an account’s primary email address, without having to file a support ticket.
