Deactivating a Test Target¶
You can deactivate targets from the TARGET panel.
Deactivating a target removes the ability to schedule a test on the target. The target is removed from the list of targets that are available on the TEST > Schedule New Test > SERVICE INFORMATION form.
You need Update Target permissions to deactivate a target to which a user has been assigned.

Navigate to the TARGET > Targets page.

From the list of targets, find the test target that you want to deactivate.

In the Action column, click the Update Target icon.

Managed Services opens the TARGET INFORMATION form.

In the lower right corner of the form, click DEACTIVATE.
Managed Services will ask you to confirm deactivation. Once you've confirmed the deactivation, it will display a notice indicating that the deactivation was successful. After you dismiss this notice, the target's status will automatically update on the Targets page.
To reactivate the target, follow these same steps. Once a target has been deactivated, the button on its TARGET INFORMATION form is labeled as ACTIVATE.
