Assigning Users to a Target Group

You can assign users from the TARGET > Target Groups page.

To assign users to a target group, you'll need Update Target Group access. You must be assigned to that target group.

  1. Navigate to the TARGET > Target Group page.

  2. From the list of target groups, find the target group to which you want to assign users.

  3. In the Action column, click the Update Target Group icon.

    The Platform opens the TARGET GROUP INFORMATION form.

  4. In the ASSIGN/REVOKE USERS section, move users from the Available Users box to the Assigned Users box.

  5. In the lower-right corner of the form, click UPDATE.

    Managed Services displays a notification that the update was successful.
