The following section includes information about firewalls and other protection methods that might restrict a user's access to the Managed Services Platform.

An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.

Q1. Are there any firewall / IDS / IPS protecting your targets? : Choose either YES or NO.

If you choose YES, the page displays a paragraph that asks you to whitelist specific scanning IPs so that your access protection does not prevent the test from being run.
