Test Schedules and Scheduling Form¶
The following sections provide a reference to the information that is requested when you schedule a test in Managed Services.
Before you schedule a test for a target, we recommend that you obtain and review the necessary information that is provided in the following sections.
Note that the information requested depends on the type of target being tested.
- Service Information
When you begin to schedule a test, most fields on the scheduling form are the same. A few of them can vary, depending on the target type. - Point of Contact Information
The lower part of the Schedule page shows a form for specifying Point of Contact (POC) information. This section is the same for all target types. - Sharing Form Links
Test scheduling forms are accessible to both users and non-portal users through the link sharing feature. Once you've filled out the email and added a comment about the non-portal user, the Managed Services Platform sends an email to the recipient. They will then appear in the list of Non-portal users. - Using Test Templates
Once you've filled out a test scheduling form, you can save the information as a template. The test template allows users to reuse test plans and schedules. - Scheduling Tests for Web Targets
