Deactivating an Identity Provider (IdP)

You can deactivate an identity provider from the ADMIN panel.

To deactivate an identity provider, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the ADMIN > ID Providers page. A list of available ID Providers should display.

  2. For the ID Provider that you want to deactivate, click the Update IDP icon.

    The SSO PROVIDER INFORMATION form appears.

  3. Click DEACTIVATE.

    The list of ID Providers now shows the ID Provider as "INACTIVE".
