Modifying a Test Service Type

You can modify a test's service type on the TEST > Test Info page.

To modify the service type for a test to which you are assigned, you must have Update Scan permission.

For example, if the Mobile Application Test (One time) service is the current service type, you can update the test to use another service type, such as 3D Service (Unlimited).

  1. Navigate to TEST > Test Info.

  2. In the navigation panel on the left, click Upcoming Tests or Tests In Progress.

  3. In the list of upcoming or completed tests, find the test you want to update, and click to highlight it.

  4. In the Actions column, click the Update Test icon.

    The Platform opens the TEST INFORMATION form.

  5. Choose a new Service Type.

    Note: You can also use this form to change the date of the test.
