2018.08 Release Notes¶

The Managed Services Platform 2018.08 release includes a number of new features, performance improvements, and bug fixes.

New Features and Updates¶

We've made enhancements to the following:

Test information
- Users can now update the Point of Contact (POC), uploaded files, and credentials at any time
Generated reports
- Service Type are now available in the XML reports
- Recommendation fields now exist in the CSV reports
- CSV and XML reports now list bug fixes
API enhancements
- Added a List Customers request feature
- Added a Create Customer request feature
- Added an Update Customer request feature
- Added a Get Service Catalog (List All Services) request feature
- Added an Extend Term of a Service request feature
