2020.10 Release Notes

This release focuses on the customer experience, and rolls out two new service offerings and enhancements to provide better user onboarding and usability experience.

Enhancements

New Services

  • Secure Design Review (SDR-Global)

    Customer benefit: A lightweight service that provides a quick assessment of application design to validate the strength of its security control.

    Product feature: SDR focuses on three distinct areas: Architectural, Deployment, and DevSecOps assessments based upon well-established security best practices.

  • 3D 6-month subscription service (3D-6M)

    Customer benefit: Like our annual 3D service, but now available for a 6-month term.

    Product feature: Provides access to our breadth of testing services at a predictable cost and capacity model; schedules sequential tests around the clock, allowing clients to optimize time and resources.

New Functionality

  • Customer Experience

    Customer benefit: Better onboarding and in-product usability improvements.

    Product features:

    • Newly onboarded customers now have two-factor authentication enabled by default.
    • An additional IP address (35.185.111.11) is now recognized for NST assessments.
